Description: The credit crunsh currently not only implodes stock market values but also certain ideas of how a financial system in general may or may not be run. We see a world in which the gains on the stockmarket are (of course) privately earned but where any significant losses are publicly shared. If FED, ECB et al now pump billions into bankrupt speculants that itself is again indirectly drawing on state debt. So it is not only the tax payer who pays for the crisis which he rarely caused, it is also future generations paying for current mishief. That asks for input from the young generation what kind of finance system we can imagine that would be futureproof.
Jakob von Uexkuell would like to have our input on this matter and provided the position paper in the attachment to stimulate our debate. He would like to have input, we have a great publishing opportunity. So let's start discussing and researching and see what we come up with!
